We align ourselves to our investors by investing alongside them. GCAP have raised 2 funds - GCAP 1 and GCAP 2 to which we act as investment advisor.

GCAP 1

GCAP built up a portfolio of 10 assets primarily located in the main regional cities outside London. The fund is almost fully realised.

GCAP 2

GCAP acquired 3 assets - 1 asset has been sold and the remaining 2 assets are being actively managed ahead of sale.

GCAP 3

GCAP are in the process of launching their 3rd vehicle together with LMS Capital PLC. LMS Capital PLC is a fully listed investment company specialising in real estate, energy and late-stage private equity, working with specialist management teams like GCAP.
